Playing Facilities and Standards Worthing Rugby Football Club nestles at the foot of the South Downs on the outskirts of Worthing and Littlehampton and is one of the most picturesque rugby grounds in the South of England. The Club was founded in 1920 and moved to its recent ground in 1977 The landscaped Rugby Park boasts a magnificent clubhouse, bars, meeting rooms and changing facilites for both men and women. There are six full pitches including two floodlit pitches of match quality and a gymnasium. All these combine with convenient access from the nearby A27, A259 and A284 to make a superb location for a great variety of activities.
Membership is open to Senior Players, men and women, Family, Junior/Mini, Social members.

Rugby is of course at the heart of the Club.
Worthing R.F.C can justifiably be proud of its
continuing excellence in rugby at all levels over the
last 75 years. Five times winners of the Sussex
Sevens and four appearances in the Middlesex
Sevens at Twickenham, highlights the Club's stature.
This excellence has fltered down as far as the Under
9's who won the Worthing Mini rugby festival (the
largest in the world) in 1990.
