South Downs National Park

 
The map of the suggested boundaries to the South Downs National Park displayed below is the latest from the Countryside Agency dated September 2001. The key part for Goring is the inset here.

Note that they seem to have included land south of the A27 as far as Highdown, and then the land west of Titnore Lane to the drive leading up to Highdown. The land east of Titnore Lane is not included in the National Park

The consultation process starts late November 2001 with a decision in Spring 2003. The Map is 66K so please wait.
