Modern-style house – Sea Lane

In the early 1930’s a large number of up-market, speculative, white-rendered houses were built following the same idea. This one shows the typical features: white rendered, rounded windows, some flat roof, art deco door, and inside there will be wood-veneer paneling and doors. There is some detailing at the roof line.

This style is used for detached and semi-detached houses and tend to have generous accommodation.
