Pub Grub. The new Swallows Return restaurant is now open, very busy, particularly at weekends. The converted barn is on Littlehampton Road, with the entrance in Titnore Lane. The interior is delightful, all oak beams and balconies, and the outside terrace looks magnificent. There is a large car park.

Sea Lane Cafe
Sea Lane Cafe, at the bottom of Sea Lane, Goring, (there's a surprise), is always popular, with an unrivalled view of the beach and sea.
The building dates from 1966, and has recently been refurbished. Previously it was a couple of sheds with a cover joining them, on the site of a large caravan park.
The sign outside now always amuses us ....

Bluebird Cafe
The Bluebird Cafe on the front at Ferring, about one mile West of Goring is particularly recommended for The English Breakfast, which seems to go on all day. Like the rest of Goring it is dog-friendly, but only one dog per party inside please! (01903-503033)
