Bond Sign £500,000 pan-European deal A world-leading staffing company has signed software producers Bond International Software Plc for a £500,000 pan-European online recruitment system. The European division of the company has chosen Bond's web-based AdaptRecruitment software and support services for a European-wide system covering 300 staff. Adapt's unique flexibility means the system can be tailored for different recruitment regulations in each country. The web-based Adapt system, coupled with Bond's i-Net module for added online functionality, will enable consultants to search for candidates online. It will also allow candidates to update their details and availability online, ensuring details are accurate and up-to-date. Bond's European CEO Tim Richards added: "Adapt is already the market leader in the UK and we are increasingly designing systems to streamline working practices across multiple countries in Europe. It is a key growth area for the recruitment industry and also for those providing its support services and products." Bond's software and support services are used by an estimated 22,000 people in 36 countries and it has seven offices in the UK, US, Australia, Canada and South Africa.
