Hays Personnel Solutions and Bond launch HaysWorkflow

Hays Personnel Solutions, the managed agency division of leading European recruitment consultancy Hays Personnel Services, has joined forces with global staffing software producer Bond International Software Plc to provide a managed service database solution to their corporate clients.

Working in conjunction with Hays, Bond's world-leading Adapt software has been developed to create HaysWorkflow. HaysWorkflow can seamlessly control all aspects of the recruitment process online, including submitting and approving vacancies, liaising with preferred suppliers, and posting and updating vacancies via the Web.

The HaysWorkflow system cascades approved vacancies to an extranet controlled by a Hays Personnel Solutions help desk, and accessed only by recruitment consultancies who make up the preferred supplier list. This allows immediate access to additional candidates.

Security is guaranteed because the consultancies have access only to the information that clients choose to make available to them. Similarly, all approved suppliers can submit candidates' details to the extranet which can be screened by the helpdesk and then reviewed online by their corporate clients. This means they can easily update the status and availability of candidates' details to ensure a high level of accuracy.

Taking advantage of Bond's new Application Service Provision, each HaysWorkflow database is hosted and maintained by Bond and offers the recruiter a fully comprehensive staffing solution.
