Bond announces major deal with leading US staffing company Westaff Inc. Bond International Software Plc, the leading provider of software for the recruitment, human resources and careers industries, has Signed a major deal with California-based staffing services provider Westaff Inc. "We're very excited about our new strategic partnership with Bond," said Dirk Sodestrom, Westaff's Chief Financial Officer. "Signing this agreement concludes an extensive system selection process. This is a significant step forward in developing Westaff's operating technology. Our goal was to find the most appropriate field office software for Westaff, combined with a strong development partner to help us complete a seamless, fully integrated system designed to meet our needs."
