Market-leaders Bond announce £l million ManPower deal Leading Sussex-based recruitment software producer Bond International Software PLC, has secured a £lM deal with Manpower PLC to provide Adapt software to more than 200 Manpower locations throughout the UK. Bond, which has its UK headquarters in Parklands Avenue, Goring, has six offices worldwide. It has firmly established itself as a pioneer in the provision of tailored recruitment software, and its systems are used by an estimated 18,000 users in 32 countries. Bond International Software (UK) Ltd managing director Tim Richards said: "One of Adapt's key strengths is its ability to be extensively configured. This allows us to tailor each system to meet the client's requirements. Close liaison with Manpower has ensured that the system dovetails perfectly with Manpower's new e-commerce front and back office systems, resulting in a dynamic and user-fnendly information management tool." In addition, the system helped with improving communication flow by enabling staff throughout the UK to access a mine of corporate information online and in real time Adapt's efficiency means that a wealth of important information can be stored in the powerful database, which is always readily available. The system also offers unrivalled control, with highly sophisticated security measures. During the major development process, Bond recreated Manpower's new branch office environment at its UK headquarters in Worthing, to continually monitor and evaluate the system. Manpower's own computer equipment was installed, with WAN (Wide Area Network) communication links to Manpower's Data Centre to ensure ease of contact between the two organisations.
